When writing is measured by the word
Write it once, properly.
Four articles a month, eight hundred words each, on subjects nobody in your trade has ever said aloud. Nobody finishes them. They rank for nothing. They quietly teach Google that most of your website is filler, which makes the pages that matter worth less than they were.
A page earns its place by answering something, or it costs you.
What gets written
The questions asked twice.
Every business has a list of them already. They arrive on the phone, in quotes, at the kitchen table. Nobody has written the answer down because the answer is obvious to you.
What they actually ask
What it costs and what changes the price. How long it takes. What goes wrong and how often. Whether they need council approval. The questions you answer for free ten times a week, written down once and properly.
Written out of the work
From your jobs, your numbers and the reasons you give people, not from a tool that said a phrase had volume. That is what makes a page worth reading, and it is why we cannot write one without half an hour of your time.
Kept true, not fed
One page per question, revisited when the price or the law changes. A page that was right two years ago and is wrong today does more damage than no page at all, and nearly nobody goes back.
Nothing goes up to hit a keyword. A page exists because somebody asked the question twice.
Every claim carries a number, a name or a reason. The same rule the rest of this site is held to.
Whether this is you
The slowest thing we sell.
Everything else under paid reach turns on inside a week and stops the day you stop paying. This is the opposite: months before it does anything, and it keeps working after the invoices end. The two go together for that reason, and picking only this one takes patience most businesses do not have in a slow quarter.
A written answer only reaches anyone if the page can be found at all, which is search and AI answers, and it is also what an assistant quotes when somebody asks who to call. The plainest pages win both.
It suits a business whose customers hesitate before buying, and whose competitors all sound the same. What that looks like in one city sits on the Sydney page. Our own notes are held to the standard above, which is why there is nothing on them yet.
Where to start
Find the questions worth answering.
Give us your web address. We look at what people already search for in your trade, what your competitors have answered badly, and which of those questions you are the only business in your city genuinely able to answer.
We take on a small number of businesses at a time, and only when we are confident we can move the numbers. If we can take it on, you get a written plan: what we’d write and in what order. If we can’t, you get a short, straight email saying so. Writing is priced per page, and the two ways of paying apply here as well.
Free. A person reads it and answers within a couple of days.
