Search & automation for Australian local business
They’re already searching.
Today, people a few streets from you typed in exactly what you do. Most of them called whoever came up first, or whoever ChatGPT suggested.
And if you’re here right now, that probably isn’t you.
Free. Four details, and a straight answer either way.
Why it keeps happening
You’ve paid for marketing before.
And you couldn’t tell what it did. An invoice every month, a report full of words like impressions, and no straight answer to the only question that matters: did more people call?
A good local business shouldn’t lose work to whoever has the biggest ad budget. So we start by showing you the answer, before you pay us anything.
Before you pay us
We show you first.
Give us your web address and we check your site the same way Google does, then tell you in plain words what it’s costing you. Here is one we ran for a Sydney plumbing business.
Anyone tapping their Google listing sees a red “Not secure” warning before they read a word. Most press back.
Thirty-eight of their pages cannot turn up in a search at all. As far as Google is concerned they are not online.
We asked four AI assistants who to call for an emergency plumber in that suburb. They named five other plumbers, and not this one.
Their site is quick. Nothing to do here. We tell you what is already working, not just what is broken.
Every figure above belongs to one anonymised Sydney plumbing business, six staff, one inner-west suburb. Nothing here has been measured about you. Your own readout only exists once you ask for it, and it will not look like this one.
How it works
Three steps.
We look
Leave your site, your name, your email and your phone. That is the whole ask, and it costs nothing.
You get a number
A person reads it, then writes back: what we’d fix, in what order, what it costs. Or that we cannot take it on right now, said straight.
We do the work
You get on with the job. We send one short report a month you can read in five minutes.
We only take it on if we can move it. If the audit says we can’t make a real difference to your numbers, we tell you that instead of quoting you.
Most of our work comes by referral. We take on a small number of businesses at a time, so we say no more often than we say yes.
You own everything. The pages, the automations, every login.
When you’re ready
Ask for a deep audit.
It costs nothing. Tell us where to look and how to reach you, and we go through the site properly rather than sending back a template. If we can take you on, you get a written plan of what we’d do. If we can’t right now, you get a short email saying so, and we keep you on the list for when a spot opens.
A fixed monthly fee
One number, agreed in writing, that doesn’t move mid-month. This is how most of our clients work with us, and it’s what we’ll quote you unless you ask otherwise.
A share of what we bring in
A smaller monthly fee plus a share of the work we generate. We only offer it when we can actually verify your bookings. It is never a condition of working with us.
Or give it another year, and see who they call instead.
