Buyers aren’t on your website.

They’re on the portals, and that is fine. That is what the portals are for. The person on Google is the one you want. They are typing what their house is worth and what an agent in their street charges, and they have not told a soul they’re thinking about selling.

The appraisal is the whole contest, and most of it is decided before you meet.

02 / 03  ·  Who searches

Who is actually searching

Three demands, one website.

A vendor comparing agents wants recent sales in their street, not a company profile. A landlord comparing property managers wants to know what the fee covers and who answers the phone when a hot water service goes. And plenty of your traffic is someone typing an individual agent’s name after an open home, to see what comes up.

01

Suburb pages that are actually local

A suburb page that could describe anywhere ranks like it. One that names the streets, the catchment and what has sold recently is the page a vendor reads twice and then shows to their partner.

02

The agent, not the agency

People remember a name off a signboard and search that name. If a portal profile comes up instead of your page, you have handed somebody else the introduction, and the next appraisal with it.

03

What happens after the form

An appraisal enquiry is rarely someone selling this month. A form that drops them into a database and nothing else wastes them. The follow-up that keeps in touch until they are ready is the automation that pays for itself here.

Reviews name the agent, not the office. That is how people search them, so that is how they are worth collecting.
Your sold list is content. Every result gives a suburb page a reason to be read again next month.

Where to start

Win the appraisal earlier.

Give us your web address. Someone checks your site page by page, prices the searches you’re missing in dollars, and asks an AI assistant which agent to use in your suburb. Then we tell you whether your office, or any of your agents, came back.

We take on a small number of agencies at a time, and only when the audit says your numbers can be moved. When it says they can’t, we tell you that instead of a quote. Most of the ones we work with came through someone they already trust.

Agencies in Perth compete for the same appraisals. A fixed fee, or a share of the leads is your choice, and we settle it after the audit.

Free. A straight answer either way.
