Something has to happen first.
Nobody wakes up wanting a new accountant. A deadline lands, a letter arrives, a business gets sold, a bookkeeper leaves. Then the search happens all at once, and it is usually over inside a day or two.
You are either already visible when that day comes, or you are not in it.
How the shortlist gets made
The first reply wins.
These searches end the same way almost every time. A few tabs stay open, the same enquiry goes to each of them, and whoever comes back first with something useful keeps it. Price barely enters at that stage.
A page per service, not a list
A list of service names gives a reader nothing to compare. A page that says what the work actually involves, what it takes off their plate and who does it, is the thing they weigh against the next firm in the next tab.
The person, not the practice
They are choosing who they will ring in a panic in June. A profile with a real name, real qualifications and a face gives them something they can check. A generic team page gives them nothing, and gives an AI assistant nothing to name you from either.
Answer before the next coffee
Every one of those enquiries went to three firms. An automatic reply within the hour, followed by a real one the same day, is the difference between a meeting and a missed one. We build that part too.
Referrals get searched before they get rung. Someone passed on your name. What comes up when they type it decides whether the call happens at all.
Deadlines are your calendar. The work is won in the quiet months, because the rankings you want in June are built in February.
Where to start
Be there before the deadline.
Give us your web address. Someone reads your site page by page, prices the searches you’re missing in dollars, and asks an AI assistant which firm to use for work like yours in your city. Then we tell you whether your name came back.
We take on a small number of firms at a time, and only when the audit says your numbers can be moved. When it says they can’t, we tell you that instead of quoting you. Most of the firms we work with came through someone they already trust.
Firms in Sydney are found the same way. We put how we are paid in writing before any work begins.
Free. A straight answer either way.
