Nobody rings the first solicitor.

They search the problem instead of the service. What happens if the other side won’t sign. How long a trade mark takes. Whether they even need a lawyer for this. Then they read a handful of firms, over a fortnight, mostly at night, and they tell none of them they’re looking.

By the time your phone rings, the choice has mostly been made.

What does the choosing

The page that answered them.

Someone who lands on a page that answers their exact question, in plain words, has already met you. The firm that wrote that page gets the call, and it is rarely the firm with the biggest ad budget. It is usually the one that stopped writing about itself.

That has got sharper since AI assistants started answering legal questions outright. Ask one who to see about a contested estate in your city and it names a few firms. If yours has never published a plain answer to that question, there is nothing for it to name you from.

One page per question, not per practice area. Family law is a category. What happens to the house is what a person actually types.
Named solicitors, with real credentials. Search rewards a person who can be checked over a firm that cannot.
Speed of reply settles the rest. That enquiry went to three firms on the same night. The first one to answer properly usually keeps it.

Where to start

See what you’re missing.

Give us your web address. Someone reads your site page by page, prices the searches you’re not turning up for in dollars, and asks an AI assistant who to see about a matter like the ones you take on. Then we tell you whether your firm came back.

Two of the practices we look after are Benchmark Lawyers and Seriously Trademarks. We take on a small number of firms at a time, and only when the audit says your numbers can be moved. Most of the ones we work with arrived the way their own clients do, through someone who already knew the work.

Firms in Melbourne get searched for the same way. We put a number on the work after the audit, once there is something real to price.

Free. A straight answer either way.
