They search the pain.

Nobody types “physiotherapist”. They type what hurts, where it hurts and how long it has hurt for. Plenty of them are not yet sure whether they need a physio, a chiro, a dentist, a GP or nothing at all.

The practice that answers that question is the one they end up booking with.

02 / 03  ·  How it books

How the booking happens

Two searches, weeks apart.

There is the search when it starts hurting, and the search when they finally decide to do something about it. Different words, different frame of mind. Most practices are visible for the second one only, and by then the field is already narrow.

01

The symptom search

Weeks before any booking. They want to know what it is and whether it will settle on its own. A page written plainly for that reader puts your name in front of someone who has not yet chosen anyone at all.

02

Near home, or near work

Distance decides more of this than reputation does. Most practices show up in the suburb the clinic sits in and vanish in the suburbs their patients commute from. People book near work as readily as near home.

03

A time, not a callback

Someone deciding at 9pm wants to see Thursday at 5:30 and press book. Ring us to arrange an appointment asks them to wait until tomorrow, and tomorrow is when they book somewhere else.

Your own name gets searched too. A GP referral sends people straight to Google to check that you are real. What they find there does the deciding, not the referral.
Reviews get read, not counted. People read the words to find someone who sounds like they had the same problem.

Where to start

Find out what they see.

Give us your web address. Someone checks your site page by page, prices the searches you’re missing in dollars, and asks an AI assistant who to see about a complaint you treat, in your suburb. Then we tell you whether your practice came back.

We take on a small number of practices at a time, and only when the audit says your numbers can be moved. When it says they can’t, we tell you that instead of a quote. Most of the ones we work with came through someone they already trust.

The same pattern holds for practices in Brisbane. What an engagement costs depends on what the audit turns up, which is why we do not quote before it.

Free. A straight answer either way.
