Not every trade gets searched the same.

Someone with water coming through the ceiling searches nothing like someone choosing a solicitor. One decides in under a minute, standing in the mess, with the phone already in their hand. The other reads four firms over a fortnight and rings none of them until the end.

The same marketing cannot serve both.

Where we do this work

Six industries.

Pick the one you’re in. Each page says how people actually search in that trade, and what that changes about the work.

Decided in a minute

Trades and home services

A burst pipe is searched on a phone, in the mess, at 11pm. The job goes to whoever answers. The map listing, the load speed and the calls you miss do most of the deciding.

Read over a fortnight

Legal

Nobody rings the first solicitor. They search the problem, read a handful of firms over a fortnight, then check the names. The page that answered the question gets the call.

Searched by symptom

Health and allied health

People type what hurts, not the name of the profession. Then they book whoever has a time this week, near home or near work, without ringing anyone.

Two minutes, one phone

Hospitality

Photos, opening hours and whether the menu opens decide the walk-in, usually inside Google Maps. The function booking is a completely different search, a month earlier.

Triggered by a deadline

Professional services

The search only starts when something forces it: a deadline, a letter, a sale. It is over in a day or two, and the firm that replies first usually keeps the enquiry.

Vendors, not buyers

Real estate

Buyers are on the portals. Vendors are on Google, working out what their house is worth and comparing agents street by street, weeks before they tell anyone.

If yours isn’t listed

Start with the numbers.

Six is where most of our work sits, not the limit of it. The audit doesn’t care which industry you’re in either. It checks your site the way Google does, prices the searches you’re missing in dollars, and asks an AI assistant who to call for a business like yours in your city.

We take on a small number of businesses at a time, and only when the audit says your numbers can be moved. When it says they can’t, we tell you that instead of a quote. Most of the businesses we do take on came through someone they already trust.

Free. A straight answer either way.
